1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Panda AI, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Panda AI aggregates publicly available news, ranks it, and provides AI-generated summaries and an AI assistant. We link to original sources; we are not the publisher of that underlying news.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
Scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
Misuse the AI assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Resell or redistribute the service without permission.

5. AI-generated content

Rankings, summaries, and assistant answers are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. Always verify with the original source before relying on anything. See our AI Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

Panda AI’s software, design, and branding are owned by us. News headlines, article text, and images remain the property of their respective publishers and are shown under fair-use/linking principles with attribution.

7. Third-party content & links

We link to external sites we do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.

8. Plans & limits

We offer a free plan with daily usage limits and a paid Pro plan with higher limits. We may change features, limits, or pricing with notice. Rate limits exist to keep the service fair and available.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Panda AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Termination

You may stop using Panda AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
